01 AI Consulting & Automation

AI consulting and automation for small and midsize businesses.

Build AI into the workflows your business already runs on, scoped to one capability at a time and tested before anyone depends on it.

Who this is for

Built for businesses like these.

  • Teams that spend hours each week finding answers that already exist in their own documents.
  • Operations that process the same kinds of documents over and over: invoices, applications, forms, reports.
  • Businesses with a workflow that could be automated if the judgment calls were handled carefully.
  • Companies that have tried a general-purpose AI tool and need something that works inside their own systems and data.

The problem

Why this work matters.

The demos make it look easy. Connecting a model to real business data, inside real systems, with real consequences for a wrong answer, is where most AI projects stall. The capability has to be scoped tightly, the data has to be handled correctly, and someone has to decide where a person reviews the output.

We treat custom AI as software engineering with an extra layer of care. Every capability we build has a defined scope, a test set drawn from your real cases, and clear human review points. You know what it does, what it does not do, and how to tell the difference.

What you get

Defined deliverables, not open-ended advice.

Scoped capability

One AI capability, for example an internal knowledge assistant, a document processing pipeline, or a workflow automation, with its boundaries written down.

Integration into your systems

Built into the software your team already uses, with data handling agreed up front and documented.

Tests and review points

A test set drawn from your real cases, measured results, and defined points where a person reviews or approves output.

Documentation and handover

How it works, how to operate it, what to monitor, and how to change it. Your team can run it after we leave.

How an engagement runs

Assess, define, deliver and verify.

  1. 01

    Assess

We look at the workflow, the systems and data involved, and the governance that applies, and we tell you plainly whether AI is the right tool.

  2. 02

    Define

We agree the capability, its boundaries, the data it may use, the review points, the success measures, and the handover.

  3. 03

    Deliver and verify

We build, test against your cases, document the decisions, and hand over the running system with your team trained on it.

Where we draw the line

We build one capability at a time and measure it. We do not promise accuracy figures before the test set exists.

Where governance work is needed first, we say so. The two services are designed to fit together.

AI consulting and automationAgent team deployment

A 32-agent Grok bot team with one chief of staff

Context
A business owner running two companies wanted AI to take on the work that kept piling up: finding and qualifying leads, outreach, SEO and social campaigns, RFP screening, banking, and day-to-day admin, without adding staff.
Challenge
Dozens of agents with broad access would be impossible to oversee. The owner needed one place to route requests, a clear line between shared company agents and personal ones, and tool access scoped to each role.
What we did
We designed and deployed a 32-agent team on Grok: a chief-of-staff agent that routes everything; outreach agents for CRM, lead generation, cold outreach, SEO, and competitive intelligence; business agents for RFP screening and banking; a bot-ops group that designs new agents and handles phone calls, IT administration, and security; and connections to Outlook, Teams, HubSpot, GitHub, Azure, Plaid, and more.
Result
The team is in daily use across both companies. New agents join through the same routing and access rules, so the team grows without losing oversight.

FAQ

Questions about AI consulting and automation.

Which AI models and platforms do you use?

The ones that fit your data handling requirements and your existing systems. We make that choice in the Define step and document the reasons, including where your data is processed.

What happens when the AI gets something wrong?

That is what the review points are for. We design each capability so a person checks the output where the consequences matter, and we measure error rates against your real cases before launch.

Can you work inside our existing software?

Yes. Most engagements integrate with systems the client already runs rather than replacing them.
